Stats:
HP = 410 + 80 each level
Defense = 30 + 3 each level
MR = 30
Move Speed = 315
Attack Speed = 0.65

Abilities:
Passive - Economy: Melodev teaches nearby allies the workings of Economy, giving them +0.5 gold regen at his being level 1, +1 for his being level 6, +1.5 for his being level 11, +2 for his being level 16. Melodev also teaches nearby enemies of Economy, whenever he uses an ability on an enemy they drain 3 gold for his being level 1, 6 for his being level 6, 9 for his being level 11, 12 for his being level 16. Melodev personally earns 1 1/4 * Gold Earned extra gold for all he earns (except for regen)

Q - Sales: Melodev bonds himself to an enemy slowly convincing the target enemy to buy his product for 5/10/15/20/25 gold. If the bond stays for 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds then the target loses that gold giving it to Melodev. During the bond, Melodev damages the target by 45/90/135/180/225 + (0.5 * AP) magic damage over time.

Cost: 5/10/15/20/25 Gold Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 Seconds

W - Tax: Melodev activates this ability to damage the 2 nearest enemy champions making them lose 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 gold each and giving that gold to Melodev, and dealing the 10/18/26/34/42 + (0.2 * AP) Magic Damage to each champion. If Melodev has under 25% HP he taxes health and does 1.5 * Original Damage as much damage and takes 50% of the damage back to him as HP

Cost: 1 Gold Cooldown: 2.5/2/1.5/1/0.5 Seconds

E - Tip: Melodev gives a tip to an ally champion taking 1/1/1/2/2 Stat Debuffs away and giving them to Melodev for 0.5 as much time (Includes Summoner Spells). When used on an enemy, makes the cooldown 5 Seconds longer but gives the enemy 1/1/1/2/2 Stat Debuffs.

Cost: 4/6/8/10/12 Gold Cooldown: 6/5/4/3/2 Seconds

R - Gold Rush: Melodev channels for 2 seconds to find a Gold Mine, when found the area selected becomes the Gold Mine, any enemy inside gets (OBSESSED) for 2/3/4 seconds and takes 90/180/270 + (0.6 * AP) Magic Damage.

*OBSESSED = Victim becomes majorly obsessed into the object and must be inside the object therefore forcing the victim to walk into the center of it. The victim does not pay attention to battle therefore takes 10/15/20% extra magic damage

Cost: 50/75/100 Gold Cooldown: 190/160/130 Seconds
