Will the MP from sorc shoes be useless if you already used -MR to get it to 0?

No because it applies:

MP
MR %
MR Flat
(or is it mr then mp... i forget i think mp then mr)

So Say they have 150MR

Will go - 20 from sorc shoes to 130, then -55% (40% from void staff, and 15% from masteries) to 58.5, and then we reduce it further by our MR runes (say... 20MR is reasonably easy to get) down to 38.5MR

So our enemy went from 150MR to 38.5MR. Wich is about 30% reduction from something like 60% reduction.

Can never really have too much -MR + MP unless they have something under 70MR (which you will take to 0 and cannot go below 0)

Oh, I thought I read somewhere that -MR CAN bring your resist below 0?

You are right, I'm wrong. its MR before MP

so:

-MR
MP %
MP flat

is the order.

So fiddle + abyssal + sorc shoes = -56MR so on minions will be -56MR.

saddly by the time you get abyssal most champions have more than 56MR so might as well get MP

Where with sorc shoes, masteries, runes, and void staff you can reduce enemies MR to 0 as long as its 82 and below.
