3 champ ideas I came up with. The first 2 I think are semi realisitic the 3rd one I dont think would be very useable by riot.

Shapeshifter

Q: Double Punch, Strechs out arm punchs target back and then pulls target back to original location
Punch Damage / Pull Damage
atk damage + 0.5 AP / atk damage + 0.5 AP All lvls CD 12 sec
lvl 1 - 15 / 0 - 90 MP
lvl 2 - 30 / 10 - 95 MP
lvl 3 - 45 / 20 - 100 MP
lvl 4 - 60 / 30 - 105 MP
lvl 5 - 75 / 40 - 110 MP

W: Hand Throw, Throws your hand in the distance hitting the first enemy it comes in contact with.
Dose magical damage costs HP AP ratio is +0.8 extra Damage CD 8 seconds
80 costs 40 HP
120 costs 45 HP
160 costs 50 HP
200 costs 55 HP
240 costs 60 HP

E: Tranquility, Passive increase your MPregen by 100% of your HP regen costing you
lvl 1 - 100% HP regen
lvl 2 - 80% HP regen
lvl 3 - 60% HP regen
lvl 4 - 40% HP regen
lvl 5 - 20% HP regen
Active (toggle) increase your HP regen by 100% of your MP regen costing
lvl 1 - 100% MP regen
lvl 2 - 80% MP regen
lvl 3 - 60% MP regen
lvl 4 - 40% MP regen
lvl 5 - 20% MP regen

R: Shapeshift, Change apperance to be identical to your target. CD - 30 seconds
lvl 1 - Cannot attack or use skills
lvl 2 - can basic attack but not use skills
lvl 3 - can attack and use skills

Turrets and minions do not attack Shapeshifter if he is in form of the opposing team, useless he attacks them but his own turrets will.

Passive: Mana sheild 10%/12%/14%/16%/18%/20% of damage recived is delt to MP instead of HP

Reaper

Q: Power Drain Deals Damage Damage delt is returned as HP and MP over time
50% damage delt returned as HP over 10 sec, 50% returned as MP over 10 seconds
Damage
80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 + 0.6 AP
MP cost 50/75/100/125/150 CD is 14 seconds

W: Bringer of Death (toggle) inc mov spd, atk spd, and reduce CD by
10% / 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%
Drains 10/15/20/25/30 MP per second

E: Sickle Swip Frontal AoE attack deals magical damage 0.8 AP ratio CD 6 seconds
lvl 1 - 60 damage / 55 mana
lvl 2 - 95 damage / 55 mana
lvl 3 - 130 damage / 55 mana
lvl 4 - 165 damage / 55 mana
lvl 5 - 200 damage / 55 mana

R: Touch of Death Stuns enemy champion that comes in contact with, draining 75 MP / second of stuning, and deals damage while target is stuned, Deals 50/75/100 +0.1 AP damage per second stunned.

passive: Champion is already dead so cannot be lifestealed.


Roid Slugger

Q: Fastball, Throws baseball at target dose magic damage
Costs 5 Roid Points Cooldown 5 seconds
Deals 90 / 140 / 190 / 240 / 290 Damage + 0.7 AP

W: Injection, Fills up Juice bar costing HP (Juice Bar has 100 Roid Points, at all lvls)
Costs 2.2 HP per Roid point (50 second CD) max 220 HP damage
Costs 1.9 HP per Roid point (45 second CD) max 190 HP damage
Costs 1.6 HP per Roid point (40 second CD) max 160 HP damage
Costs 1.3 HP per Roid point (35 second CD) max 130 HP damage
Costs 1 HP per Roid point (30 second CD) max 100 HP damage

E: Roid Rage Gains bonus stats for 10 seconds.
Gains 15% Attack Damage, Armor, and Magic Resist costs 15 Roid Points
Gains 30% Attack Damage, Armor and Magic Resist costs 20 Roid Points
Gains 45% Attack Damage, Armor and Magic Resist costs 25 Roid Points
Gains 60% Attack Damage, Armor and Magic Resist costs 30 Roid Points
Gains 75% Attack Damage, Armor and Magic Resist costs 35 Roid Points

R: Home Run, Hits the baseball to anywhere on the map causeing massive damage to target's it hits
Costs 40 Roid Points
lvl 1 200 Damage +1.2 AP CD 130 seconds
lvl 2 350 Damage CD 120 seconds
lvl 3 500 Damage CD 110 seconds

Passive: Attack Speed, and AP increased by how much Juice the champ has. Drains Juice Bar by 1 each second.
Gains 1% atk spd, and 1 AP for every Roid Point avaliable.

Champ has no mana, but has Juice Bar instead, which is determined by how much steriods he has pumped himself up with.
