I want a character devoted to mobility, map control, scouting, and supporting who is also a totally fun person to play. (gosh actually now that i made it, its just OP, someone fix it D:!!!)

concept: this champion (from the void cough* cough*) has skills such as:

passive-third eye:
buys wards at 50% their cost, does damage over time to opponents scales off ap by .3 * all wards are 50% visible
+affinity to wards + defensive abilities

Q-warp step-:
jumps up, slowing any opposing unit directly next to champion suppressed for .25 seconds. each jumps gets a warp stack,max 4 warp stacks, removes cc or debuffs (procs when actually afflicted [works with banshee's])

Note: champion MAY JUMP OVER, ON TOP OF, AND RUN ALONG TOP OF JUNGLE WALLS (unique attribute that makes this champion awesome)
Note: if spammed- may lead to a momentary perma-stun on target champion(s) but due to squishy-ness would be dangerous to attempt.
+escape mechanism

W-Void channel: champion channels void and restores MP over time to himself and allied champions, draining hp at % of opponent's hp

note: cool down based- may run and jump while using this skill.3 second duration 8 second cool down

E-vengence of the spineless- dash- nuke-slow- then damage overtime

Note: 7 cool down- hp& mp cost- skill shot
+ damage

R- stupor spires- distributes #of opponents (5or 3) spires among opponents which aoe slow and does 9% opponent hp on activation

Note: at rank 3 the spires have 500 health and heal at 10 hp a second slow 15% (5 spires =75% slows )
+great for team fights both attacking and fleeing
+ also great for doing aces because effects stack

stats :
+this character would have squishy health but super amazing hp regen
+highest movement speed in game, relatively low mana and basically no mana regen (relys on w)
+squishy but regens quickly, vulnerably to ranged burst, burst, and cc

role: to run around ward, set up "bases" around map, finds champions, regens teams mp and annoys opponents, tripping up their game play, supports team fights focuses on map control.

Not sure how this would work if it is implemented. Most characters can flash over walls, fiddlesticks can channel his R teleport over walls. Skill shots and Bandage Toss will have characters travel through walls. Gragas can run through some walls (like the one directly across from dragon, although that is a bit more of a cliff).

On another note, say you're on top of a jungle wall and Amumu bandage tosses to you, what would happen? Since he cannot climb on those, would he be frozen? Would the skill shot miss? Then how do you hit that champion while he's up there? Sounds like a cheap way to avoid ganks, in my opinion.

Could you clarify or expound on this note a little?
