Kyle, The Charm

He is a relatively tall, tanned skin, thin build male.

(I did not make, claim, or own this picture. It is just being used as a template for design of character)

Passive- Confidence: He moves quickly and swiftly. His movement speed increases by 3% each level. Additionally, he has little patience for waiting around to use his great moves! So he doesn't and only has 5 second cooldown for all his regular skills all the time.. though he is quiet weak...

Also, Kyle does not know what mana is. Instead he has Confidence. After each successful Ability hits he gain 1 Confidence and damage increase equal to his confidence. Max Confidence is 500. Note: When he dies or is below half health his Confidence wavers and drops 1 every 30 seconds. But if he has max Confidence it it will not fall if he is below half health for 2 whole minutes, and he only loses half his confidence if he dies.

Q- Quick Fists: He punches his targets abdomen quickly dealing 15/25/35/45/60 and causing them to wonder if a bug bit them stunning them for 1/1.1/1.3/1.6/2 second.

W- Head Smash: Kyle jumps into the air and kicks the enemy in the FACE! If used successfully he gains 10% armor penetration for the next 3/3.5/4/4.5/6 seconds Damage is same as Quick Fists. Though if used after Quick Fists he gains an additional confidence and damage.

E- Foul Words: Kyle doesn't always have the politest mouth.. so he spits insults. Decreasing all his targets regeneration and self-esteem. This move does no actual damage but if used successfully after Head Smash, he feels quiet good about himself and gains an additional Confidence.

R/Ultimate- Charming Stare: Kyle stares down enemies in his line of sight... making all enemies facing in his direction stop for 1/1.2/2 seconds and slowing them 30% for 6 seconds. Enemies not looking in his direction feel awkward also and get slowed for half the duration, but are not stopped. If used after Foul Words, which has been used after Head Smash, which was used after Quick Fists, he then learns the enemy's weaknesses and has 20% armor penetration and magic penetration and shares this information simultaneously with his allies.

Lore: As a young boy, Kyle grew up in Demacia, though not really feeling home there. He always felt he had great potential and felt he needed to flaunt it. He was quite charming and gave of a strong sense of confidence that sometimes made others feel inadequate. Though when it came to things such as education or smarts, that is where he lacked. When he heard of the League of Legends he knew he had to get in and show off his prowess.

Though the League decline him every time he asked, due to his lack of knowledge, he still felt it was for him to prove to others that he was worthy of being a champion. Through charming some of the summoners at the Institute, he made his way into the Institute of War. It is said he also may have the favor of Cassiopeia, despite the difference of homelands, due to his ability to charm most anyone, and that maybe another factor of his fast initiation.
