I found the solution to the problem. Just reset your router. Unplug -> Leave unplugged for about 10 seconds -> Replug in and the problem should be fixed

Hey guys,

I can't even get the login or PLAY screen out when you click on the application. It keeps on saying RADS Error: Could not connect to the HTTP server. Please check that your Internet connection is enabled and that your firewall is not blocking access. I've got my firewall down and my internet connection is good. So what's up with it all?

It only works a few times, but then it stops again.

In my case it was an issue with the volume being readonly (not sure root cause of how it got that way).

open command prompt as administrator
type: Diskpart, press enter
type: list volume, press enter
locate your volume # by drive letter where your LoL is installed
type: select volume 9, press enter (you would replace 9 with the volume # found in last step)
type: attributes volume clear readonly, press enter
type: exit, press enter
close command prompt
enjoy

hope this helps.

This worked for me. Might've been overlooked by people, it was on page 14 after all.

Hope it helps others.
