Hey All,

I'm basically looking for someone who is an expert with the numbers. I'm trying to find the best runes for Twitch, but I can't figure out the math behind it. I know people suggest crit chance up to a certain number and all, but what is the advantage of having dodge over crit dmg? Or hp/mp over something else?

Is there a GENIUS out there that can tell me the answer to all this?

While we are at it, what is the best rune build for a tank like Sion/Rammu/Alistar?

If you have any useful links, that will be appreciated also.

Read through the entire thread. Tons of interesting math with spreadsheet and formulas.

OR: TL;DR: Armor pen is the best almost hands down.

Excellent post, but they focus heavily on CC, CD and Armor Pen runes. What about the rest? Dodge, HP, MP, Etc...?

How do these all compare? Should I stack straight CC, CD and Armor Pen runes or should I consider other runes as well?

Quints + Marks = Armor Pen
Seals = Dodge
Glyphs = CDR
