just a sub note but i think the "nerf" they gave nocturne didn't seem to affect him at all.He lost a grand total of 5 bonus damage and a little range.Plus they just made his fear even worse as it is now immune to spell shields/ Banshee's veil.

It's not the fact of that Nocturne is newer than Twisted Fate that's causing this precedence, it's the mechanics of the two spells.

This whole thread is about the fact that the mechanic is rigged for noc imo.

Actually it's not.

Phreak already stated previously that the two ults are designed to not work together. Nocturne's ult takes precedence over TF's ult, hands down. It was designed this way, AS STATED BY THE DEVELOPERS, as a hard counter to TF's ult as there was no actual hard counter for it in the game. Nocturne's ult is designed to reduce the vision of the ENTIRE ENEMY's SIGHT RANGE to a specific range, including if TF had vision on the enemies.

Warwick's ult had no hard counter previously (once cleanse was changed) except for the ability of a single champion: Gangplank.

It's the equivalent of Gangplank's Remove Scurvy to Warwick's ult; crying that Remove Scurvy's super-cleanse is gamebreaking and needs to not cleanse Warwick's ult would make Warwick's ult unbalanced as it can't be countered in any way (any other form of cleanse may get you out of the snare but you still take the damage, last tested after cleanse change).

Not to mention any kind of displacement or stun by either team cancels warwick's ult, like anivia's ice wall for the luls.

Yes.
The ultimate limits opponents sight in general not JUST blocking sight of champion teammates. For the same reason, clairvoyances don't work during Noct's ult either.

Working as intended.

If you wish to start up a thread debating whether or not it should work like this and want to request it be changed, you might have better luck in the champ feedback area. As for a bug, this doesn't qualify.

Here is link, Ez is on page 2

I'd like to see the proof of this, but thank you for the first valid reason i've seen in 2 days.(edit: didn't seen the link in post before this.)

I still believe the casting order should have an effect (But i'm not the programmer),

If Twisted Fate casts Destiny and then Nocturne casts Paranoia, Twisted Fate should lose vision.
If Nocturne casts Paranoia and then Twisted Fate casts Destiny he should still have vision.

What part of his post did you want to see proof of?
