  • Cho'Gath
    • Feast:
      • Max HP to consume is now a flat value of 300/550/800 (from being able to consume up to 1k)
      • Will no longer penetrate abilities like Guardian Angel, Chronoshift, Undying Rage
  • Sion
    • Enrage:
      • Increased Damage bonus back from 20/30/40/50/60 to 25/35/45/55/65
  • Minotaur
    • Pulverize:
    • Increased stun duration upon hitting the ground from 1 to 1.5
  • Soraka
    • Consecration:
      • No longer affects allied minions
  • Tryndamere
    • Bloodlust:
      • Modified cooldown from 30/30/30/30/30 to 30/26/22/18/14
      • Increased Attack Speed per stack from 7% to 8%
    • Slash:
      • Renamed to Spinning Slash
  • Teemo
    • Bantam Trap:
      • Reduced slow % from 40/50/60% to 30/40/50%
    • Move Quick:
      • You can no longer cast this without sufficient mana

      • Reduced mana cost from 80/110/140 to 70/100/130
      • Increased break distance by 100
    • Rebirth:
      • Modified Armor scaling from -20 ? 20 to -30 ? 30
      • Rebirth cooldown now only procs after a successful rebirth
  • Armordillo
    • Defensive Ball Curl:
      • Added Magic Resist equal to the bonus armor
      • Increased damage return from 16/20/24/28/32 to 24/30/36/42/48
    • Powerball:
      • Lowered detonation distance with minions, increased detonation distance with champions
      • Can now be toggled off
      • Is now instant cast

  • Doran's Blade: Reduced Gold per 10 from 2 to 1
  • Lich Bane: Fixed tooltip
  • Tiamat: Increased Damage from 40 to 42
  • Mana Manipulator: Reduced combine cost from 130 to 115 (total cost 475)
  • Regrowth Pendant: Reduced cost from 490 to 475
  • Atma's Impaler:
    • Made the bonus damage based on max life
    • Increased Combine cost from 400 to 600
  • Mejai's Soulstealer: Reduced cap from 80 to 70

Summoners
  • Smite: Reduced damage from 575 +25 x level to 420 +35 x level (1060 total down to 1050)
  • Clairvoyance (Mystical Vision Talent): Increased Stealth detection duration from 15 to 30, increased total timer from 15 second bonus to 30
  • Exhaust: Reduced Cooldown from 270 to 240
  • Promote: Reduced Cooldown from 300 to 270
  • Flash:
    • Increased Cooldown from 300 to 330
    • Reduced cast range by 100

Turrets/Dampeners
  • Reduced base Armor by 5 (to all turrets)
  • Reduced Armor bonus from a single assisting champion from 25 to 20
  • Increased base turret damage to compensate
  • Turret Degeneration occurs earlier on all turrets
  • Anti-Backdooring: Increased assisting minion range from 800 to 1000
  • HQ Turrets:
    • Gave them each 8 Health Regen per sec (Chaos used to have 5)
    • Reduced Health from 6000 to 5500
  • Dampeners:
    • Reduced Health from 5000 to 4500
  • Reduced respawn time from 6 minutes to 5

Jungle/Rune Monsters
  • Increased Rune Buff durations from 2 minutes to 2 ½ minutes
  • Lizard Rune (Red):
    • Changed slow % to 50-130 AP buff
    • Modified DoT damage from 20-50 per second for 4 seconds to 15-55 per second for 3 seconds
  • Golem Rune (Blue):
    • Reduced cooldown reduction from 35% to 25%
    • Reduced Mana regen from 2% to 1.5%
  • Dragon
    • Dropped AoE DoT from 20 a second over 5 seconds to 15 a second over 4.
    • Upped base damage from 140 to 175
    • Upped Level 1 HP from 2450 to 3000
    • Max HP scales by 220 instead of 200 per player level, leading to a max HP of 6740 instead of 5850.
    • Increased global gold from 100 to 125
    • Increased respawn time from 240 seconds to 300 seconds
  • Golem / Lizard
    • Made Lizard attack stats nearly identical to Golem (slightly faster attack, slightly less damage)
    • Raised base HP to 1400 from 1200
    • Increased level scaling from 125 per level to 175 per level, leading to a max HP of 4200 instead of 3325.
    • Increased respawn time from 240 seconds to 300 seconds
  • Baron Nashor
    • Lowered Base HP from 9000 to 7000
    • Max HP scales by 240 per player level, leading to a max HP of 11080
    • Increased Nashor buff duration from 3 minutes to 4 minutes
General
  • Super Minions
    • Increased HP scaling from 100hp every 180 game seconds to 150hp
    • Added a 30% multiplicative MS boost aura with 800 radius that affects both minions and champions
    • Fixed some Crash Bugs
    • Fixed a bug with Monster Leashing.

PVP.net - Beta Build v0.21.38
  • Fixed a memory leak in the Rune Combiner.
  • Enhanced the Landing Page.
  • Added new sounds.
  • Successfully saving Masteries now has a confirmation message.
  • Chat rooms should no longer show previous chat when you enter.
  • Fixed a bug with Saving Page Names in the Rune Book.
  • Fixed a bug where multiples of the same rune would not stake.
  • Added more info to the temporary ‘Get Runes’ Page
  • Fixed a Bug that caused some accounts Rune Books to lock up.
  • Fixed a Bug with matchmaking
  • Fixed a couple bugs where the stats on the Rune Page did not display or add correctly.
  • Fixed a bug where bots entered the game incorrectly.
  • Improved the look of the Buddy List Window.
  • Added more details to an error message that displays when you fail to log into Beta.
  • The mastery ‘Deadliness’ should now properly display its name in its Tooltip.
