- A weapon that allows you to do a percent (35%?) of your total attack to your target if they dodge.

- Armor that does magic damage return or absorption according to the damage of the spell, either in tiers (10/20/30/40/50 for every 100 damage) or by percent.

- Armor that reduces the chance that other heros have to crit on you and/or reduces crit damage.

- Epic level weapon with a unique poisoning effect that on hit that does damage over time and damages mana over time as well.

35 damage 10% crit. Passive: attacks from behind ignore 20 armor and cannot be evaded, attacks from the sides receive half of this bonus.

i agree with these, but I don't believe more ap/health items are warranted. I really don't like the amount of cheap health on items already, don't really want more. Rod of ages is fine.

Mostly would like to see items like fiendish codex upgradeable and hopefully more magic pen. Maybe a Magic pen / cooldown / Ap endgame item?

You should have some items like Guinsoo, orchid and dagon from dota.

Guinsoo= Hex
Orchid= silence
Dagon= burst damage

It would be cool if there were items that provided synergy with summoner spells.

For example:

Flash Powder: Reduces the cooldown of Flash by X (15-30 seconds). (While Flash is not on cooldown, your hero moves X% faster.) or (Flash causes enemies to have 100% miss rate for 3 seconds in an AoE of X) or (some other effect)

This item would be a good equivelent to a blink dagger, however you must have flash to take advantage of it. The reduced cooldown would let you use flash more--but not spam it. The second bonus would ideally prevent the item from being a complete waste of space in your inventory.

Or

Summoners Ward: Reduces the cooldown of Heal by x seconds (15-30). After using Heal, all effected units have 100% damage reduction for x (1-2) seconds. +X HP regen/s.

The heal spell is strong early game, but late game provides little benefit. 1 second of 100% damage reduction has the potential of preventing a serius amount of damage if timed right late game.

Ideally you would make an item for each summoner ability.

How about some gravity themed item that makes enemies unable to relocate themselves INTO an aoe? This would counter flash, spinning slash, alpha strike, jump strike. For balance it would have to be clickable.

A item that steals mana from the target of a spell would be a interesting choice for casters. Make it relatively cheap so it could be used to pester mana-dependent people in the lane

+1, even if its activatable, __seconds cannot be dodged. would make it possible to have more +dodge items.

Which items would i like to see ?

1 - An item which ignores/reduces the chance to dodge.
2 - An item which provides Ap from Hit point allowing Tank + ap build.
3 - An item which gives Ap from damages allowing pure dps to increase their 1 or 2 Ap scaling spells.
4 - An item which provides a real heal on support spell.
