Anivia is now more OP than when the QQ begun. They reverted most of the changes they made just to stop people crying and didn't take away the compensation buffs on her ult.

While I was very against the initial nerfs to her, I felt that they put her in the right spot afterwards. Now they nerf most of the lane dominators in the game, then add a buff to Anivia... essentially her late game is going to be stronger than it already is (since she won't need as much mana). Noone is even saying that Anivia is weak; just noone is complaining about her anymore and instantly she needs a buff..

yes they dropped the mana upkeep and heightened the initial cost. Now they dropped the intial cost way way back down and left the upkeep reduction.
