I have been tracking my wins over the last few days, and have come up with some numbers that do not seem to jive with yours. I am playing custom, and have only included that. The one factor that I have not worked in is the match bonus, which, I believe, is usually around18-23?

Time, IP IP + 25%

28:01 - 48IP (64)
28:45 - 48IP (64)
33:58 - 57IP (76)
32:36 - 55IP (73)
32:34 - 55IP (73)
26:52 - 45IP (60)
29:28 - 50IP (66)
40:35 - 45IP (60) - may have run out of time here.

That is what I have recorded so far, all on practice matches. (they are cleaner to judge by)

Give the 25% back, and you get the total IP given at a single period of time. It would be mad crazy awesome if they would include the game time in the summoner stats, so we could recall this quickly and prove it accurately, but que sera.

The one thing that has not been taken into consideration with the new system is the 25% taken off the custom games. It used to be 10%, and they bumped it to 25%, then cut the IP. Maybe this should change.

SO. quick answer, no, the IP is not working correctly. I have an average game of about 30 minutes, and for a 30 minute game, awarded IP should be 89. Clearly, it is not.

What am I missing? Can anyone else post data?
