UPDATE:

Innate: Amount reduced to 4/6/8/10% from 5/10/15/20%

W: Regen changed to 1/1.125/1.25/1.375/1.5% hp/5s from 5/10/15/20/25 hp/5s, Health cost changed to 10/9/8/7/6, Mana cost changed to 10% flat.

E: damage divided into beggining and end.

UPDATE:

Q: DoT mana cost increased to 6/7/8/9/10 from 5, AP scaling increased to 28% from 25%

W: Active: Now scales with AP

Changed some of the quotes (now with 27% more dune refrences!)

Bump!
I love the idea for this champion but i think his ult is a little undersized escaping a 600unit circle is pretty easy with a flash and CC champs like alistar could simply knock you out or a blitz grab etc.

it might have been mentioned but i was thinking this is a good character to make a monster instead of humanoid, perhaps make him like an insectoid creature perhaps scarab like? just a thought. On second thought, maybe tweak things in the lore around to make him like Renekton and Nasus's race

changed the style of the concept, making it a little easier to understand

Q:
- Adjusted the burst damage from 60/70/80/90/100 to 30/47/64/81/98
- Adjusted mana costs from 50/75/100/125/150 to 70/75/80/85/90

W:
- New effect: Catheeb launches sand at an enemy, dealing 40/90/140/190/240 (+60% AP) magic damage and returning 60% of the damage dealt as mana. In addition, The target is inflicted with a "Dehydrated" stack for 1s, increasing the duration of slows, snares and stuns placed upon him from sources other than Catheeb during that time by 21/22/23/24/25%

E:
- Adjusted mana costs from 50/60/70/80/90 to 70/75/80/85/90
- Adjusted cooldowns from 14/13/12/11/10s to 16/15/14/13/12s

R:
- Removed miss chance
- Now deals 15/25/35 (+10% AP) mgic damage to enemies within the AoE every second
- Mana costs increased to 150/200/250 from 100/125/150
- Cooldowns increased to 150/140/130s from 120/115/110s
