Do I need to reinstall windows 7 now because I clicked that link? I don't want to lose my LoL account or anything valuable

Google an online virus scanner, I recommend:

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
http://www.bitdefender.com/scanner/online/free.html

http://www.malwarebytes.org/ is also a good one for anti-malware, this one will probably clear the keylogger.

Just a question - what is there to 'steal' from a LoL account other than the account itself (yay?) There isn't anything transferable as far as I can tell.

Sorry, but the only way to clean a virus off a computer is to set it on fire. Or buy an anti-virus program.

If you weren't smart enough to realize clicking on such a blatantly obvious keylogger link...
