Runes
9x Armor Pen. Reds = 15 Armor Pen
9x Armor Yellow = 13 Armor
9x Flat Cooldown Blue or 6x Flat Coolodown 3x MP5
3x Health Quints
Note: I havent finished my Rune book yet, I dont have Blue or Quints but even without those Cho'Gath can jungle pretty effectively with thanks to his passive.

Note: You can get 3/4 Ardor and improved smite

Summoner Spells
Smite and Flash
No need to explain what Smite does. I like to get Flash because when chasing you can easily flash in and last hit with your ultimate, which is always fun to see.
Note: It's probably better to get Ghost if you aren't the best at landing skillshots.

Ability Order
I feel like Cho'Gath is pretty versatile in terms of which order to skill (you may disagree).
Level 1 Vorpal Spikes Rank 1
Level 2 Rupture Rank 1
Level 3 Vorpal Spikes Rank 2
Level 4 Feral Scream Rank 1
Level 5 Vorpal Spikes Rank 3
Level 6 Feast Rank 1
After Level 6 you can whatever you want.
Priority
1. Feast
2. Vorpal Spikes
3. Feral Scream
4. Rupture

Item Build
Cloth Armor 5x Health Pots
Boots
Madreds

The last one you havent bought above

Repeat same thing but do Red Lizard after wolf.

You got the downvotes because the build isn't optimal.

For example: Armor pen marks only affect Cho'gath's auto attack. Magic Pen would be better moving into the midgame and wouldn't hinder your playstyle much at all, especially since you've suggested starting at golems (which have magic resist).

Looks to me that you didn't set out to make a guide, but simply wrote down the way you play personally.

There's no need for Wriggle's on Cho'Gath when jungling. With blue buff, and level 5 on, he tears through the jungle incredibly fast, combined with a super smite for an ultimate.

And magic penetration marks, all the way.
