First of all, this set has bad stats/cohesion

Then, Soraka is not a walking curse-machine

Third, use spellcheck

Soraka cursing Warwick backfired by causing her to regress in her ascent to divinity.

I don't see why she would curse someone else, causing her to revert even farther from the divine, unless there was a reason that would make what Warwick did pale in comparison.

Also, the curse called forth the true nature of Warwick, chances are if anyone betrayed her, and she had cause to curse them, the curse would bring out their true nature.

Going from animals that could be considered deceitful or traitorous... snakes are really the only thing that immediately comes to mind. Granted if you branched off into myths that stem from Native Americans and Native Canadians, you'd have the coyote and the raven to work with. I think beyond that there would be... maybe the spider?

Basically, besides the fact that her throwing out another curse would be highly unlikely, especially since she is in something of atonement at the current point. You failed to grasp the nature of the curses she uses.

The idea of a centaur-like champion would be interesting, however, but there would need to be a bit more synergy with his/her abilities and the origin story would need to make sense.
