I think Diminishing Returns would make a great asset and balance the game out a lot.

Diminishing Return (example): The more you crit, the less chance you have to crit. So if you have a 100% chance to crit, and you crit 5 times in a row, your crit chance would be reduced to 50%. Same goes for healing, the more you heal, the lower effectiveness of that heal. Lifesteal/Dodge/Parry..etc.

Terrible example of Diminishing Returns. What it should be, is once a stat goes to a certain lvl you gain less of it per 1. Example of TRUE Diminishing Returns: You have +500AP bringing you to 500, now after that, every 1.5AP counts as 1 hard AP. So, when you hit +650AP before DR, you would then DR to 600 AP, and then after 800 AP it would take 2 AP from items to get 1 Hard AP into your stat. Thats how DR worked when it was invented, thats how it should work if any game is to ever implement it.
