Maybe that was the intent. Unopposed, Heimer has always been a superb pusher/farmer. It'll take a few matches, but I'm sure he'll be ok.

I'm pretty sure Morello wanted to change heimer so that he didn't play so passively and these changes makes him more of an active champion which is good for the game

Fixed a bug where his passive wasn't healing for as much as it should. Here's hoping it's a bit more noticeable now.

Lol, srsly?

Think about this:

Before, you got your lvl1 turret, you set it and the cd starts ticking, so you had to wait X seconds to set another one, making you a little more useless in sudden teamfights or if someone starts ganking you.

Now, if you don't place a turret, it stores up in your ammo-pockets and after X seconds another one comes in, so you coudl place two at once.

This means: You can do exactly the same as before, but now you can also do it better.

Only problem is Heimerdinger was always about pushing and defending... if they take that away from him, but improve his team fighting contribution... frankly there are better champions that can do more damage/contribute more to a team fight than Heimerdinger previously or currently is capable of doing. Hurting his sieging/defending capabiltiies further only hurts him as a champion and weaker overall.

Kind of. They also tacked a noticeable cooldown onto it, if nothing changed (24 seconds per, as opposed to like... 12?)

Basically...

Every second that you keep two turrets alive, you take seconds off future cooldowns on the turrets.
