How about "Stealthed units remain in stealth only when within 100 units of a wall AND 'y' units of an enemy champion."? That way stealth characters can still get into position without wasting their stealth.

Oh, and no. It took riot long enough to fix the occasional walking through walls. I don't know how they could implement a non-buggy version of this, or why they should since only 2 characters would be affected by the changes (and one of those is hardly ever used after an ult nerf).

Reminds me of Rooftrellen.

"Omg the enemy is coming! I can only stealth near trees!"

*enemy arrives, there is a conspicuous tree in the middle of the lane with no one around*

For those unfamiliar, Rooftrellen can spawn trees.
