I'm not sure if something like this already exists, lord knows I've searched. Lets compile a list on how to face certain kinds of enemy.

Please limit it to 3 or 4 tips for brevities sake, and please refrain from matching certain heroes to other heroes. Keep it to tips that everyone can pull off.

I'll go first.

Here are some easy tips on fighting invisible enemies.

Get detection quick:

By their very nature stealthers are fragile, and rely on surprise. If you surprise them first they'll fall down fast and wont get up.
Picking up a consumable ward looks like a waste at first-but remember-one kill and the ward has paid for itself in double.

Hug your buddy:

Of the three real stealth charachters 2 are melee. If you're hanging close to a team-mate they risk a lot by trying to take a shot at you. When Eve starts slicing your friends to bits, she's pretty occupied. Use that time to knock her health off it's bar.

Kill them hard:

It can be worth it to take some risks with an assassin. They realy on a vast collection of items to keep their damage up. Three or four kills early game can cripple a stealther and if they don't change stratagy fast they can end up feeding you.

shaco does not rely on items nearly as much as you make it sound ward is useless to twitch you dont go invis with twitch for the invis you do it for the insane attack speed boost

also hugging doest help much against shaco because if theres two enemies then its simply a 2 on 2

with shaco the best thing to do is quickly hit both of them see which takes more damage then focus fire that one

with twitch if people would stop running away they would see that its nearly impossible for him to get a decent gank even 1 on 1 hes beyond squishy

as for eve well yeah shes weak to wards and such shes item reliant but shes also very strong without items in the right hands and not nearly as squishy as the other two (though still very squishy) and useless in more than a 1 on 1 however let me give you the keys to them all

shaco his weakness lies in the fact his clone is a dead giveaway when you hit it

twitch if you dont run hes dead

eve get two allies together (like you said hug) and she cant do ANYTHING

shaco is less about stealth than you make it sound though his invisibility is a bonus but its not his best feature the main reason you use decieve is quick movement and an auto crit (which happens even if they can see you)

1. Shacos clone, once found out, should NOT be focus fired if theirs people near it, thats exactly what the shaco wants, because itll explode and do horrendous damage to everyone. Just dodge it somehow, use range or something.

2. Twitch comes at you from about 700 range you cant move forward unless youve got insane attack range (and then your someone like soraka or Zilean who runs anyway) and youve gotta move toward him while he pulls his 1.75(and then stealth bonus for 2.5) hits per second on you, slowing you so you cant reach him, and kills you. Stuns tend to work well on twitch, as well as finding him.

3. 2v2s with an eve will kill you, so make sure if your hugging you know eve doesnt have a good carry ally to back her up. Wards work too.

Only thing I agree with is the "Kill them hard" suggestion. The other two are pretty much useless against smart stealthers. Just the other day I was playing eve laned with twitch against a Heimer who kept buying oracles. We killed him pretty much freely, even under cannon fire, because truesight doesn't see through brush and twitch doesn't need stealth to own. I wouldn't have even needed the brush, either. Most stealthers have some way of closing distance as well. Shaco's stealth is attached to a blink. Eve has her ulti for massive speed boost. Twitch and Eve often get Mobility boots. By the time you see them, they're already in your face. And to champions like Eve, Twitch, and Shaco, one of which can tower dive without fear as early as level 6, another of which can solo entire teams, and the third which can deal upwards of half your health in one shot, getting in your face isn't an issue even if you can see them.

The best defense against stealthers is not feeding. Don't let them take advantage of you, and play conservatively. Honestly, the best defense against a stealther if you don't have reliable disables is to use a tanky build. The "squishy" champions tend to be the mages, and it doesn't need to be. One of the best mage builds consists of mostly tanky items. Rod of Ages, Rylai's Scepter, Frozen Heart, Abyssal Scepter, Soul Shroud/Deathfire Grasp, Merc treads/sorc boots/swiftness boots. Suddenly your "squishy" mage has 3k+ HP, 110 armor, and 90 magic resist. Invest in a frozen mallet or a leviathan if you're a squishy physical champion. Stealth champions rely on you screwing up, and handing them kills. Good stealthers know how to take advantage of even good players.
