Help Needed vs. Stealth Gank Teams

I know that heavy stealth teams (Twitch, Evelynn, Shaco, etc.) get shut down hard at any decently high-ELO game. My team is not yet at that ELO, but are trying very hard to improve. Can you critique this general gameplan and give more advice about what we can do?

Against teams that have heavy stealth, we tend to try to not overpush the lanes, only last-hitting to get money and keep-up in level during the laning phase. We buy vision wards early when possible, and make sure to get atleast 1 oracle by the time that teamfights start midgame. We only push or leave our towers when everyone on the other team is accounted for.

However, in many games, we still get shut-down. Someone will make a small mistake, die, and the snowball effect starts. Since we end up having less gold than them by early-mid game, we avoid team-fights that aren't on our turret, but the other team often starts pushing lanes, getting them further ahead in level and experience. So what ends up happening is we are forced to quiver on our towers while being out-leveled and having hardly any items (we spend a lot on wards and oracles). The other team proceeds to stomp us easily with all of their map control. When we try to push together, the stealth characters only commit after their tank initiates and we are all softened-up with fewer abilities left off of cooldown to focus stealthers or carries.

I'm giving a lot of details here because I want detailed feedback from more experienced players. Thanks in advance.

A tryndamere with cleanse can 3x shot any stealth champion. When draft mode comes be sure to pick a melee carry if you see them pick stealth. Until that happens just play very cautiously early game and pay attention to any mia. Oracle's destroy's evelynn and is pretty nasty for twitch and shaco. Wards in certain paths can also be devastating (and cheap early game).

Dont feed them early game and focus fire them in team fights. 3x stealths means they lack pushing power but they gain in strong ganking potential: play defensive until your tanks / carries get geared up - then stomp them.

One of the best ways to shut down stealth champions is to deny them the Lizard buff in the early game. Without lizard they usually can't actually get an early game kill. At level 1 consider taking their lizard as a 5 man team. If you get their quickly theres a fair chance you'll be able to pick up first blood.

Buying stealth-vision wards is ok sometimes, but they don't last particularly long and good opponent will note where they are and stay well clear. Good communication and an Oracles once you getting involved in 5 man action is a better bet.

oracle shuts down eve pretty good when you are pushing as a team.
The only way to successfully shutdown a good Twitch at high lvl ELO play is vision wards scattered around where you might have the fight, or choose to have a teamfight. Otherwise, its just going to be luck if you catch him before his team is engaging you, to assure he is out of the picture or else consider your team dead.
Shaco you can never shutdown completely because of Decieve's cooldown and his ability to flash away using it... but his damage and ability to initiate is pretty bad, and his Jitb's should be focused down asap to avoid him stealth killing people that walk the wrong way, never think its safe to walk across the map through the jungle, or anywhere off the normal path without decent hp, and awareness of jitb traps.

My best strat is to always expect to be ganked--and possibly gank them first.
Move in groups of 2, detect which lane has the stealth champ (it's 1 of the side lanes with only 1 person--it's not hard to find), then call the middle person out to "bait" out the stealth. Don't go all out on the non-stealth, and you will still get a kill (3v1), or the stealth one will pop out to help. That's when you really unload on him and eat him alive.

Also, it's a good idea to always expect to be hit at any given time. Save your CC instead of burning it early in a fight, or while laning. If your laning enemy is overly aggressive (rushing you while you're full HP), the stealth is most likely right behind you. If there are 2 of you there, shut him down. If you're alone, get the hell outta there--burn your summoner spell if you need to.

Mid to late game, just assist one of your teammate (who isn't in the front line, and preferably has a CC--ranged carries are great) to get an oracle. Remember that this person is an asset to your team, and you should be helping him get this item, rather than making him go out alone to farm--that's a disservice to your team.
