Storyline:
Drio is a twin headed bird runner capable of having double personalities. One head being able apt in the ways of frost while the other is inclined in the ways of fire.

It's been ages of struggle but Drio's 2 heads are now able of communicating and better yet fight together as one. Sharing their powers as needed in order to overcome incoming obstacles.

Skills:
Passive - Drio's frost power allows her to stun a target for 0.1 seconds(20% chance) and while being hit the temperature surrounding Drio burn the enemies for 10/15/20 damage.

Q Ability: Ice lash
Drio sends a frost meteor hitting the enemy for 5% of their health or 60/85/110/135 damage(which ever is greater), can only deal flat damage to mobs. stunning the target for 0.3 seconds.

Mana cost:50/70/90/110
Cooldown:25/22/19/16
Ability power ratio: 80/1% or 1.5 ability per flat damage point.

W Ice apparition's curse
Drio gives away all of her life points, in exchange for 30 seconds her mana points become her life and her spells become half their normal cost(taken from what now is life points). After the time's up Drio is left with 1 health point and the remaining hit points turn back to mana.
Cost: None
Cooldown: 1 minute
Leveling ability will yield 70%/80%/90%/100% successful exchange of manapoints to hitpoints

E Path of Demise
Drio creates a path of fire(800 range) the scorches enemies in its path for 30/45/60/75 per second for 5 seconds. Each 10 missing life points from enemies' health will increase the damage taken from the path's damage by 1.
Mana cost: 60/90/120/150
Ability ratio: For every 5 ability points the damage per second is increased by 1.
Cooldown: 30/26/22/18

R Will of the Flaming Ice
Depending on the champion chosen, Drio's will commends a judgement dealing 200/300/400(+1.2 ability per 1 damage). If the target's health is below 1000 drio flaming overpowering will causes the target to burn up 50/70/90 per seconds for 3 seconds. Opposite to that if the target's health exceeds 1000 Drio's ice cold judgement impales the enemy in an ice wraith for 3/4/5 seconds slowing the enemy by 30%.
Cooldown: 150/120/90
Manacost: 200/250/300

This is an interesting hero. Maybe we get to see it like this in the game? If not exactly like this, at least maybe in a revised form.

Read this out loud to yourself. You should be very ashamed. And why is a skill so ridiculous like this not even an ultimate? And what's up with your ridiculous spell names?

Feel free to tell me how it is op? She basically is dead meat afterwards, and her skill will cost HP to cast after the switch is done...have you noticed her health gain? its 1.3k at max level, and about 1.5k mana. Idk but that does not sound op.

Didn't say it was OP, I said it was ridiculous and it's a terrible idea. Also, like I said, read that out loud to yourself. Seriously, do it. Then you'll see what I mean.
