infinity isn't a number. when he struck, he would require a number attached to his Q. It could continue to grow forever, but it would approach infinity, not actually reach it.

I would assume some sort of check is in place server side to stop outrageously large numbers from being obtained by nasus veigar, sion ect. If not it would crash from lack of memory on the way to reach "infinity".

That's not how that works. Thornmail reflect damage is based off of the prearmor damage, lifesteal is based off of postarmor damage, so it would take a lot of lifesteal, a lot, to fully negate thorns. You need a mix of MR and lifesteal to negate it.

Huh really...

Never remember what's pre-resistances and post-resistances...

We sacrifice a Teemo to the Gods so the world doesn't explode.

True, but I can think of many lesser yet viable reasons to sacrifice Teemo to the Gods.

Nasus passive negates thornmail damage, therefore Nasus wins

EDIT: Wow I was under the impression Nasus got 30% bonus lifesteal at level 18. :x

He needs at least 11% extra lifesteal to win since he only gets 20% bonus and thornmail damage is 30%

Thornmail return is magic damage not true damage so with level 18(assuming merc treads) as long as sion doesn't have a bunch of Mpen would let his passive out lifeleech the damage.

nasus's passive + visage + LS quints negate the thornmail passive

Either the damage happens first and kills nasus before the heal can take effect, or the heal happens first, uselessly overhealing him since he's already at max hp and then he takes the damage and dies.

The universe implodes. All that is left... is Draven.

Because Draven got his own universe built for him.

Sion will win as he got infinite HP. So nasus can hit all he want he will never kill him. Infinity - Infinity =/= 0 it's not a number and cannot be calculated. Since nasus HP is not infinite it will get to 0.

On the other hand...

The damage returned from Thornmail is 30% of infitity wich is still infinity. The heal is less then 30%... but it's still infinity so.... god dude I think you just broke math..

Assuming Nasus has 0 items based on the title of the thread alone, Sion would win since thornmail damage is 30% and Nasus only gets 20% Lifesteal. Even then, he still needs alot more lifesteal and MR to fully negate the damage going by what Xanthalis said
