nothing happens, because infinity is unreachable and the scenario can't happen

It is reachable

after infinit time of course

No, he has nashor's tooth and destroys them with autos.

Nashor's Tooth?

Spellblade mastery, one point.

Technically, there is a cap. It is something that is theoretically impossible to hit.

iirc, it is

999, 999, 999, 999, 999, 999

So... Base HP + Armor would mean Sion survives.

Depends on if there really is a cap and the numbers don't overflow, there were people with 1k+ armor before.

If the overflow is the type that deals insta-kill because it skips the calculation, then both die, if not, Nasus will deal 0 damage.

Sion's E has a cap. It's 3k. So Susan wins.

Lim______3x
x->∞___-------
________x(.3)

l'hopitals rule

3/(.3)=10

This limit diverges meaning that nasus's q is increasing at a higher rate than the rate of sions health.

Of course this is meaningless because nasus still has base health and 30% of infinity is still infinity so they would both die.

If Sion's health is one degree of uncountable more than Nasus' Q, Sion will live.

I'm not sure why you're assuming that (a) Nasus stack would be held as an integer (b) that damage due to Q would be an integer or (c) than an integer overflow would result in a game crash.

Edit: I am actually pretty curious about how a game like this would handle overflows and NaNs and Infs though.

What happens with Infinites and stuff is things like the ryze/fiddle glitch with their bouncing spells. Have you seen the video of ryze throwing his e at a lee sin in the middle of his w on an aly and it isntakills both lee and his teammate? Its because there is probably a function with a variable in the denominator of a fraction and when the distance between lee sin and his teammate is 0 you get #/0 which ultimately ends up being infinity.

At some point the program would crash due to nasus's q being to large to calculate but that would be an absolutely HUGE number.

Nasus passive negates thornmail damage, therefore Nasus wins

EDIT: Wow I was under the impression Nasus got 30% bonus lifesteal at level 18. :x

He needs at least 11% extra lifesteal to win since he only gets 20% bonus and thornmail damage is 30%

That's not how that works. Thornmail reflect damage is based off of the prearmor damage, lifesteal is based off of postarmor damage, so it would take a lot of lifesteal, a lot, to fully negate thorns. You need a mix of MR and lifesteal to negate it.

I'm using Thresh as an example, who can receive off of just his passive, 500024.75

If we divide this by .75 that means thresh has collected approximately 666699 souls

If we take this example as a 'hard' cap, then that is the limit to how many things you can kill.

FYI, this is a 99.981% damage redcution. So even a 9 million health Sion with Atmas loses 134974.35 damage.

His autos hit for 25 damage.

Meanwhile, Thresh hits for 666k damage per auto.
