Ridiculously effective, the other team actually hesitated a few times when they saw what he was doing to the turrets, but it was hilarious to see Yi go kamikaze.

Yi with Highlander and that build must have chewed through towers.

Wouldn't have worked against anyone with a brain. They all grab stacking items, quickly get 20 stacks, push whenever you suicide, etc.

Haha thats pretty cool. Most games I have won while being vastly outkilled end up with us pushing a lane with 1 person and as 5 go to gank him we push another with all 4.

The win wasn't really due to your relentless pushing power, but their extreme lack of pushing. Congrats tho.

By level 18, with Highlander and Wuju Style active, Yi has 180 damage and 230% of 0.679 attack speed. Each point of AD added is worth an extra 0.555% dps. Each point of attack speed added is worth an extra 0.435% dps. Each point of gold is worth 0.016% increased dps if spent on attack speed and 0.014% increased dps if spent on damage. So buying straight damage on Master Yi is less effective than buying straight attack speed (and neither is as effective as buying attack speed first and then AD). Not to say stacking AD won't be effective, it's just suboptimal.

You messed up somewhere in there.

Also, you forgot that for every point of AD, AS gets more effective, and vice versa.

I was pretty sure my math was right. And I mentioned that AD stacking and AS stacking were both inferior to buying attack speed and damage :S
