Story: No one knows much about the demonic figure, Seizek. He leaves most of his victims speechless and barely alive after his psychedelic assaults. Legend has it that his harsh, bloodshot eyes are the last thing you see before he forever alters your mental state. How he arrived in the League is also unknown but everyone is sure of one thing, he's a force to be reckoned with.

Appearance: A dark cloaked figure with every part of his body clothed and hidden, he levitates above the ground. Something like this

Passive: Gerascophobia (Fear of growing older)

Attacking an enemy champion will give them gerascophobia and cause them to take damage when they gain experience

Damage is equal to 10/20/30 % of experience gained Debuff lasts 5 seconds.


Q: Spark of insanity CD: 5 Mana Cost: 55/60/65/70/75

Seizek launches a chaotic bolt of darkness towards an enemy that causes that causes a wide spectrum of mental disorders to the enemy in a short amount of time

Deals 75/110/145/180/215 (+1 per ap) deals 25% more damage if the enemy is affected by deteriorate.


W:Schizophrenia CD: 15 Mana Cost: 100

Seizek Infects and area with delusions and demons to confuse and harm anyone who enters the area.

Fears anyone who enters for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds and puts a disease on them that deals 10/20/30/40/50(+.1 per ap) damage per seconds. Area lasts 3 seconds and disease lasts 5 seconds. The area is about the size of tormented soil and people can enter more than once.


E: Deteriorate CD: 20 Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100

Seizek ages the mental state of one of his enemies causing them to forget how to use one of they're items and slowing they're movement speed.

Disables the effects of an enemies item and slows them by 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 % lasts 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. Item that is disabled is choosen randomly.


R: Psychopathy CD:240 Mana Cost: 100/200/300

Induce a state of psychopathy on a friend or enemy causing them to be enraged and more destructive than they ever were.

If induced on a friend it will increase their damage, attack speed and movement speed by 10/20/30% and give their nearby friends half of the effects.

If induced on an enemy it will cause the enemy to turn on his allies and attack them, the enemy gains 5/10/15 % increased damage attack speed and movement speed for the duration.

Both lasts 4/5/6 seconds




All numbers and percents are set as a draft and may change over time but what the spells do will stay the same.

your terminology needs some work. I assume mean psychic, not psychedelic. psychedelic is a word you might use to describe a lava lamp or a laser light show. also Psychopathy is not a homicidal rage. you cant be in a "state" of Psychopathy.

other than that, kind of cool. ultimate should silence its target imo.

Psychedelic doesn't always mean cool or crazy, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychedelic "A psychedelic experience is characterized by the perception of aspects of one's mind previously unknown, or by the creative exuberance of the mind liberated from its ostensibly ordinary fetters."

And as for Psychopathy, I can't come up with anything better :/ I highly appreciate your feedback though.

I believe his passive should be reworked. When everyone is lvl 18 it'll be useless
