Reworking Promote

In case you didn't know, they are removing promote because it sucks unless everyone takes it, and then it leads to dumb games.

So, let's brainstorm ways that promote could be reworked to make it more viable while still fitting into the helping to push lanes category.

-An aura that lasts for thirty seconds with a 2 min cooldown which heals nearby minions, or maybe gives attack speed/armor/whatever. Probably without it being able to stack.
-Disables a turret for five seconds and lowers it's armor. Cannot suffer this more then once every 1/2/5/whatever minutes.

Instead of promoting units, why not make it promote heroes. Have it give a global buff to all heroes increasing their attack speed by a static amount for a small duration of time...make it so it doesn't stack and it gives a global debuff to all heroes so that they cannot be affected by promote for x duration of time (5 minutes or something).

You can make the duration and debuff values anything you want so as to "balance" the spell.
