OK been trying to find out if there are any caps on benefits say like cooldown %, I heard it's capped at 40% with all things meaning masteries, rune, & equipments but can't find any for sure info.
So is there any such caps and if so what are they?

cooldown reduction is capped at 40%
attack speed is capped at 2.5
only other thing i can think of is movement speed which has diminishing returns after a certain amount
If i'm not mistaken armor/MR get a diminishing return as well after 400 or 450 or something like that.

The diminishing just gets greater. Its called a soft cap.
Anyone know the lifesteal cap?
There is also a mana cap at 2500 as far as i know.

Does anyone know if Heim can break the cd cap? I remember reading his passive goes ontop of cd cap, but i have not tested this?
If it is true, does the same apply to udyr and the dodge cap (which i do not know the % of)
dodge caps. Things like health, mana, attack damage, and AP don't have any sort of cap. MR and armor have soft caps. About hiemer cd: I don't think it stacks.
Hmm, i was wondering about the mana cap. i had just read that there was one and was going to test this. Glad to see there isnt one.
