Add functionality to taunt so that when it's used on a creep, all nearby creeps in a certain AoE are forced to attack Rammus. Seems like this could help turn around his farming problems early game, and lessen his dependency on his Ult/Sunfire.

But creeps do horrendously low amounts of damage (save Jungle mobs and SC). Would they even die when hitting him?

No, they wouldn't. With thornmail, you get 3-4 damage returned per hit.

No way. Just make it this way for champions and everyone else. Taunt is AoE around rammus.

Rammus' Defensive Ball Curl deals straight magic damage, not a percentage of damage absorbed. Also, it could be used to pull creeps off of allies that are diving beyond the creep wave. Also, late game it could be used to keep super creep waves off of towers.

I dig the AoE taunt idea, but there's all kinds of balancing issues that come into play for a change like that.

I mainly suggested this because it adds functionality to taunt for farming with minimal impact to the metagame.
