Lore:
Hagart Telnokes was an infamous grave robber and crypt thief hailing from Bilge Water. as a young lad he read of ancient kingdoms and the mountains of treasure stored within them and aspired to become a great adventurer in the future. unfortunately he was born into poverty and not many chances arose to go on this path so he grew up in bilge water learning all the skills he felt he needed off the streets and from a number of questionable folk. when he came of age he gathered up a crew and began making his name as a grave robber after moving away from bilge water . from there he "earned" enough money to go on self funded expeditions, robbing the tombs the likes of which he had read about in his books. one day he stumbled across the legend of the worm king Dracunus, an ancient kumungu witch king who was so power hungry that he traveled to the Serpent River in an attempt to drink the blood of Baron Nashor. he was said to have died in battle with the beast and had his corpse escorted back to his temple and buried with his treasure and magical fetishes. this enticed Hagart and he set off for the jungle with his crew. many were lost on the way in the jungle but they eventually reached their destination. the remaining crew wanted to leave all the while but Hagart pressed on and entered the tomb alone while he crew remained at camp.

He used all of his skill and tricks to bypass the booby traps but was not prepared for the fate that awaited him. In the main chamber of laid the treasures Dracunus had accumulated during his rule and his own tomb. Hagart’s curiosity got the better of him and he opened the tomb. Upon opening it he found the mummified corpse of Dracunus clutching onto a staff. According to the glyphs on the wall of the temple this was the Hydra Staff said to hold all of Dracunus’ powers within. Hagart planned to take the staff for his collection but when he grasped it a mummified creature had sprung out of the corpse and scratched him before disappearing into the temple. The moment the creature had left the temple began to crumble so he grabbed the staff and made his escape.

When he came back to the camp with staff in hand and little to know treasure his team decided that they should sell the staff to make up for their losses. Hagart refused and the group turned on him. the staff sensed danger and let out a screech wrapping itself around Hagart, changing him into a twisted creature of death and decay. In his state of confusion he killed the group and drained them of life. After Telnokes came to his senses he was horrified with his new form but the sense of fear was soon overwritten with a great hunger

Skill set is functional and with some good plays, think u should cut the extra mana cost on your Q, and change the passvie for basic attacks in place of spells.

The theme just hatted it, i think a parasite champion should have a parasite gameplay.

edited passive accordingly and clarified means of triggering damage

also edited Q accordingly and added vision on them to make them more ward like
