Armor Pen for Dominion Turrets?

In Season 3, we made a few changes that made turrets feel less like a safe haven for defenders especially in the early parts of the game. Specifically, with turrets attacking minions in a set order and some champions itemizing for health earlier on, its become easier for teams to push aggressively and even dive turrets with low risk. These changes should give defending players more of a fighting chance when under their own turret.

Turrets now deal 105% damage to champions for the first attack, increased from 94.5%
Turrets now deal 25% additional damage for consecutive attacks on the same champion (max 225%), increased from 20% (max 210%)"

I think it would be a good idea to include armor penetration on DOMINION turrets, 85% or so. This would help the early and late game turret dives by champions who don't have to worry about the first 3 or 4 turret hits (or more!) because their armor is so heavy (200+). Tanks would still be able to tank the turrets, it would just involve more strategy, and be more difficult than present. And it would balance for the champions who build mostly magic resist or health as opposed to those who build mostly armor.

It would also add a level of strategy to the teams who all jump on the turret, knowing that their tank can take 6+ turret hits before anyone has to worry about getting out. The turrets in Dominion have never been a "safe haven" for a single player vs. 2 or more of the enemy team. A red turret only stops carries and other squishies from killing the enemy champion and taking the turret, solo, if the squishy is alone. It is easy to stop the turret from firing if there is more than 2 people trying to cap it. The armor penetration I'm suggesting would make it more possible for a single champion to keep control of their turret during a Dominion match.

Suddenly, garrison is the new revive!

Also, it's a safe haven for tanky champs. With this buff and garrison Ali could probably 1v5 on a turret. And that's stupid.

Only if the enemy team is all melee and bunch up or don't know how to take a point from a single tanky defender. Spread out and take turns disabling the turret while your ranged champs kill alistar. He can only interrupt so many people so many times before he is overwhelmed.
