Rest and lol Tylenol are not practical.

From what it sounds like you're doing pushups and curls? I don't honestly know why you need to recover when you work out like a girl or child.

But if you really need to recover fast and prevent injury, you need to take an ice bath after each session. Just fill your tub up with nothing but ice and submerge your body.

You can do other stuff with this. Sometimes I do 5 minutes ice bath, 5 hot tub, repeating. But ice bath will work and it's what people do who train serious. Never heard it done for kid exercises but the principal is the same.

Unless you have access to other things like a Hyperbaric chamber, an ice bath is what is used for this.

i mean, i went from doing 20lbs each arm to 45lbs each arm over the course of about 8 months and i never got this "bicepitis"

you are just doing things plain, plain wrong.

He probably feels a burn from his work outs and looked it up an found and injury with the symptoms he thinks he has.

I've had many injures. They don't hurt enough to stop training

I understand.

I've been doing concentration curls with dumbbells, strangely enough, only my right arm has signs and symptoms.

I will cease all activity for awhile and start again next week.
