should i update to OS 10.8.3 ?

im using 10.8.2 .. playing on mbp retina 976. but i can only play at very low so fps can stay at 60.. should i update to 10.8.3 ? will LOL work on 10.8.3 ?

It works fine for me on 10.8.3. I didn't notice any huge performance gains by upgrading, but they definitely updated the graphics drivers in 10.8.3.

The key video settings that affect your FPS seem to be Shadows, then vsync off and change your Frame Rate Cap. Hopefully you can get better performance without having to dial down your resolution.

At the very least, run your Software Update (https://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/23240583-Mac-Software-Update) to upgrade to 10.7.5.

10.8.3 is the latest, will run you $20 on the App Store, and provides a lot of new features and a bit more performance.

Click on the apple symbol in the top left of your screen, select About This Mac, and then it will show you your current OS version number.
