The area isn't that small, plus she can be stealthed after leaving it, allowing her to step outside of it multiple times.

Additionally, when Eve and Twitch attack, they break stealth and can't go back in it! Akali, she can go in and out as she pleases.....

Consistent mechanics.....Riot has preached it, now it needs to be lived up to!

If this actually was fixed then maybe people could actually prevent her amazing jukes away from a 4v1 situation.

Honestly it'd be easier and would make more sense to nerf her damage to compensate for her being able to use penetration marks now. If you want to change the shroud it'd make more sense to hit the free tank stats on it instead of the stealth to give more reward to people that spend money on pinks or oracles.

Her lane sustain was nerfed, however her damage was tweaked, considering her runes are now more flexible.

If we nerf her damage because of her recent tweak, then really we would have just nerfed her lane sustain.

Ok. So, get back to me when Twitch and Eve are stuck in a limited field of area. After all, consistency!

Sarcasm aside. The ONLY real change she needs is the removal of the grace stealth and MAYBE a .5s reveal on attack.

Her damage is fine, she is a burst assassin, and should have high damage and scaling. The problem is, there currently isn't much risk/reward with her. If a player screws up, they just instantly stealth and trollface out of their mistake.

Making that more difficult to do will cause a couple of things....

Make dealing with her a little easier when she screws up, and force Akali players to increase their skill cap. It will actually force people to play better.

You can see Twitch and Eve coming from 600 units away.....

Considering lanes are....what ~1300 units wide, less maybe? I can see where Twitch and Eve have huge advantages......right...

Also, twitch can only travel as far as he runs/flashes/ghosts when he uses his stealth, assuming he doesn't get hit with damage.

Her stealth....

It breaks or is delayed if she takes damage, going into it, or already in it, just like Twitch and Eve. The moment she steps out of the shroud, she is visible. Not this 0.5 second delay **** that lets her step out and be 300 units away before she is seen.

Not only is her current stealth mechanic out of sync with the other assassin champions, but it doesn't actually require skill to use, like the others. At least with Eve and Twitch you have to be mindful of your steps, timing of use, and overall placement. Not with Akali, drop a shrod and troll face. Did that Akali player make a mistake and step out of shroud? Doesn't matter, still stealth!

Akali's stealth is broken, out of sync with the others, and simply too damn easy to use. She is a super high burst assassin, and should be, but her big play should require some sort of thinking and skill. It doesn't require any of that right now.

Her damage is fine, her mobility, psssh, fine. The instant stealth that can't be broken, is too much.

inb4: Pink, Oracles, blah blah blah. It isn't about that, it is about a mechanic of a champion that doesn't fit.


Not quite sure what you're talking about. A stealth shroud fits perfectly with the ninja theme.

Eve maybe. Twitch, no. (For the from 600 units away bit).

Once his stealth activates, its true stealth: You won't know he's there till he pops out or gets hit with true sight from pink/oracles. So yea. You can't see him coming once he stealths, but his travel distance is still significantly farther then a simple stationary shroud.
