Eredale and Lutecia - Ionia Mountains - Day 2, Before Morning

After this kind of interruption, coming back to senses was hard. Even without one, it always was - returning to a fragile mortal shell that was poorly designed for any sort of challenge without proper support was less than a pleasant experience. He could still barely feel his limbs, and all other senses were still recovering, but one thing that the mage knew was that it was time to leave this place, as fast as possible. His reassembled companion felt the same way, retrieving the precious equipment that was scattered on the stairs and binding it to herself with sturdy strips of paper.

The giant seemed to speak to him again, and it was a great pity that he couldn't discern his words through the fleshy obstacle of his own body. However, his mind was strained to the maximum - with a tremendous effort, he shut all the Mana that remained with him, inside. His sight was slow is coming back, but he could already see that Zol went to pick up his sword. So many peaceful, beautiful creatures, he said... but, whatever he wanted to say, he'd have to leave for later. Eredale could already feel that the appearance of a third party here was imminent, and he didn't need to scan the area for this.

"Lutecia." Eredale barely pronounced the word, his voice hoarse and unstable. "We're going."

Jumping over what was left of the wooden stairs as fast as she could, the girl landed next to him. The air vibrated once, sending out a low humming, and in the next moment, both of them disappeared, cutting a perfectly round crater in the ground and shaving off a part of the stairs - only the air clapped, rushing into the empty gap in space where the mage and his companion stood just moments ago.

Zol - Ionia Mountains, Shrine - Day 2, Before Morning

When Eredale came to his senses, or rather returned back to the corporeal, Zol was displeased to see Eredale so shaken. The mage barely ackowledged the presence before him and it was slightly disappointing - more than angering. When Eredale did finally speak, he simply said he was leaving - with his pet.

He moved quickly for the Titan in red steel that he was, lumbering towards them as they made their escape. He reached for Eredale, his eyes furious and hand super heated to melt flesh. Just before grabbing for mage, both of them were gone.

"Hmph. Pity..." Zol grumbled under his breath, looking back at the calm sea not far away. The giant sighed, and a moment later a similar crater to that made by Eredale was made and Zol was gone.

Damian "Devil" Marketh - Ship Marketh, Guardian Sea - Day 2, Early Morning

Damian never went to sleep the night prior, as per usual on the first night of setting sail. he remained calm and cautious, watching the stars above to guide them. The stars were always friends to a good sailor, and this is why... when he saw clouds rapidly moving in, he frowned. A large fist pounded the railing when the first sign of lightning came - a bright flash a few miles off.

Despite the storm though, and his mad shouts for the crew to get to their feet, a single bird landed where his hand hit. A large raven eyeing him, then turning this way and that. A small message was tied to its chest, and Damian made a small clicking noise while offering his arm.

The raven looked curiously at him for a single moment before jumping on. Damian took the much to small paper from the birds neck and threw the bird into the sky. It immediately took flight and headed towards dry land as fast as its black wings could carry it.

Unravelling it, the scroll was short, and very to the point. Very much to Damian's liking, despite the fact he'd have to postpone his little trip to these uncharted lands

Quote:
Devil Marketh, the land burns, time to rise from the ashes.

Legion Commander, Agares Loxaerion
"HA! And so the Dark Phoenix rises, eh? Wake up, lads! Time t'go play in the sandbox!" Damian's voice would of woken everyone on board. His voice booming even louder than the thunder.

Lyon Fusara - Bandle City, Summoner School - Day 2, Morning

A couple weeks had passed since an instructor from the Summoner academy came to Lyon's stable, asking him if he would grace them with a visit - a sort of treat for the students, to educate them on some of the more rare creatures in Valoran that many would like to learn about.

Lyon impolitely refused over and over again, telling them if they returned he'd feed them to a dragon. However, with less and less visitors, and more and more poachers, he was in sore need of coin. When hey promised him a purse of 1,200 Gold, he reluctantly agreed. The Beast Master simply figured, go into town, teach some snobby mages a thing or two about his favored pets and then head home. Maybe have a drink or two, break a face or two.

The earlier morning in Bandle were often very warm and sunny as they were not far from the desert. A small chill blew in from the Guardian, but nothing serious. When Lyon entered town, he found immediately his presence was not appreciated. Men he owed money to, men he'd beaten up more than once, females he'd spent passionate nights with - or what he'd call passionate.

Shouts and taunts came by the half dozen as he made his way down a less crowded market street with vendors setting up their stalls. Lyon made little notion to object to the riff raff and simply kept walking. On one side of the blue sash wrapped around his waist was a scimitar, and hanging from the other was his silver tipped whip. If any wanted to press their luck, he'd oblige them.

After about an hor of walking through the city, Lyon came to a large sandy clearing, and in the middle of the vast space was the Summoner School. Outside people were already waiting.

Demacia, Farrister Manor - Day 2, Morning

A Demacian guard from the embassy arrives at Farrister Manor, running down paths, ignoring servants and guards as they shout at him. He pays no mind, knowing this news was for the Generals ears only.

He moved as fast as he could, despite the shield strapped to his armor and his light mail. But those he came prior to would still be close behind, and he knew he should be the first one here. The soldier was loyal to Demacia, a loyal warrior and proud supporter of General Farrister, and a former guard of Fulkra's.

This was urgent for both men. And thankfully, he recieved this knowledge before his superiors.

Upon arriving at the Manor's main doors, the soldier started to beat on the doors with his right fist. A couple guards eyed him suspiciously but were unsure what to do.

Aden 'Sykper' Catas, Ionia - Port Town, Day 2, Dawn

Aden moved through the crowds rather swiftly, thoughts perversed his mind of various directions to find Zol. Considering what he saw, he has no reason not to think Eredale might know of Zol's location, or perhaps a clue of any sort on how to deal with the being. Actually, thinking on it the summoner realizes he might actually be considering employing the help of that mage so wanted by the League.

'That won't work...'

That possibility is far too unlikely, he shouldn't involve the mage when he finds him. Though, it would be rather fortunate if he had another method of discerning where Zol was taken, or whether it was captured. Regardless, there is one possibility that lingers. Eredale would likely flee from Ionia. It has become far too taxing to stay here, the League involvement has definitely risen here.

But...the big question is which ship to take? Aden could easily sneak aboard a ship to cross the Guardian sea to the south, Bilgewater might be a lovely place to lay low. 'But, Eredale would stand out too much, blue-haired mage in the midst of pirates and scum? The thought is almost funny...'

So, the next closest areas are Noxus and beyond them to the west, Piltover and Zaun. 'Eredale could travel quickly farther south to Bandle City but he would likely travel across too many shipping lines, it would be desirable to get to the mainland...but which one? Noxus?' Aden rubs his eyes pondering, he does have clearance to use Summoner Spells and those he has improved upon personally at his discretion, but none can pinpoint.

...Then it dawned on Aden, who smiled confidently-

'Heh...well, if I can't be sure, I will have to check both at the same time.'

Aden rushed to the port to pay for a ticket...to Noxus.

((I actually like that you'll be hunting Zol. Suits me very well. Although, so far as Aden would know - Zol is dead. He witnessed the Titan impale himself with his own claymore and hasn't seen him since. Unless I read the letter wrong..?))

{{ The letter specified to Aden that Zol cannot be destroyed normally, although loosely it could be suggested then that the impalement might have been a farce to the rather deductive Summoner. What was troubling to Aden though is how the High Councilor was aware of the events despite the cleanup by the Wardens. Effectively, Aden is now in the mindset that only he or anyone with the very specific instructions and power to do so, defeat and collect Zol's essence. As for what happens then... *cough* }}

((Heh, well, fair enough.. Although, you forgot about Krizar city. Also, a good site to go. But I'm certain you have good reasons for going to the resort city of Noxus.))

Phantom - Ionia, Port Town, Day 2, Dawn

Phantom was not at all happy with the Warden disappearing again and had planned to just return to the Shadow Isles. Though a thought came to him...why did the Warden stop here out of all places. Then the door to the house opened to show a robed man moving quickly towards town. Perhaps that was another summoner who could provide him with some information on what is going on. Appearing from his shadowy hiding spot, the warrior was feeling quite relieved that he did not have to return to his business in the Isles. With a new possible lead, Phantom followed him through the town in his own disguise as a shaman of some sort in a large cloak. Passing through the crowds, he followed the summoner to the port. Let's hope nothing goes wrong on this trip.
