Is anyone else tired of these "pro" LoL players? Every single game they play the same champions, throughout all of these tournaments. And they all basically follow the leader, out of nowhere Volibear becomes popular, so they all start using Volibear. None of the teams seem to even try new strategies or tactics or new champions and it just makes it incredibly boring and repetitive to watch. I feel like there's going to be hundreds of teams able to compete with these guys soon as everything is just staying the same as it is.

It does get pretty stale if you only watch EU and NA. Besides Gambit on occasion and a few other lower ranked teams most of them do the same stuff until it gets nerfed out of being viable. There are exceptions of course. I do recommend watching some Korean games though. They can be just as stale but they're usually more aggressive and they are known to play innovative strategies that the other regions adapt later.

To be fair though, it's kinda always been this way. Having a players' unusual power champion getting banned doesn't help either (Reginald Leblanc, Froggen Anivia, Madlife Blitzcrank, ect)
