Who IS the Ruined King? Warmog? Randuin? Whose heart is frozen?

I think of all of these questions behind each item in the store. Why do none of these (besides the Ionian Boots of Lucidity) have ANY lore? Many of them even have names attached, when we don't know about the enchantments or who these people were. Who in the world could they have been? Is there any lore around them?

the Doran's items have a lore it goes somehting like this
Doran was a great blacksmith and was hired by the league to make weapons on the field's of justice, on his way to the league he got kicked by a donkey and still loved to blacksmith but wasn't a legendary blacksmither anymore but the league still hired him
thats why their starting weapons and not late game
and the ifinity edge has one something about a pool which makes weapons stronger which raises the question why theirs not a ifinity bow and infinity staff

Warmog is some guy who thought it'd be cool to wave around his HP count like a giant e-peen

Actually, Warmog's Armor DOES have lore

The living armor protected the greatest troll warrior in the entire realm during the bloodiest and most devastating battles of the Rune Wars. Deep within the dark woods of Crystone the living armor waits to protect its next owner. A word of warning required before seeking out Warmog... it will protect you for a time, but when it grows tired of you, who will protect you from it?

What buneter said about Doran is true.

Randuin's Omen, Shurelia's Reverie, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Statikk Shiv and Runaan's Hurricane are all named for current or former Riot employees. Rabbadon's Deathcap was also briefly known as Banksy's Deathcap for the same reason.

Grez's Spectral Lantern, Maw of Malmortius, Zeke's Herald and Wooglet's Witchcap are all named for players who received enough referrals.

The "Ruined King" is believed to be a former king of the Shadow Isles and will likely play some part in lore to come.

You think it's related to that old story of choosing three weapons or something along those lines? o:
