Hecarim has ludicrous team-fight capabilities and can change games pretty easily.

Amumu and Maokai's aoe ults are great at changing a game in your team's favor.

the thing about junglers now is that whoever can clear there creeps faster has the better advantage. low respawn timers now and easier to gank if you can clear the jungler quicker

From what I have experienced and jungler that has the ability to root, stun, knock back, or other wise cc whoever they are ganking is going to be a "game changer" early game. Your goal as the jungler should be to let your laners get as many of the kills as possible. If they are getting the kills they will be getting more and more ahead of their opponents which will make a snowballed lane possible in your favor. The more lanes you do this for the better.

So I would say these junglers are some of the ones that have that ability:
vi
maoki
hecarim
lee sin
xin
etc..
There are very few late game junglers, BUT, Warwick is vastly more usable with the addition of Botrk. Skarner is also a mid/late game contender with the ability to carry the team with one well timed ult.

Game changing would be hecarim, strong throughout the game solid ganks, but because of all his aoe, his aoe fear, his E can take a carry out of a fight, and his W makes him pretty damn tanky he can cause a lot of problems in team fights, his model is kind of big too that has an effect no joke.

Pantheon is really strong early game, high burst, decent clear times, and his lvl 6 is dope. Played right he can completely block the dmg from 2 tower hits, and also his W is a gap closer stun which is unique among many melee champs

I'd still have to say Vi is the most probable game changer, Early and mid game she can build straight AD, using her Q+E combo pre 6 with any good laner CC will almost always end in burning a flash or the kill. Post 6 that same combo is still just as deadly and is now followed by her R to prevent anyone escaping. Hands down Vi is one of the top jungles, and her E's AOE is extremely powerful late game where you can build a BC, BoTRK, Wriggles or Lizard Elder, and finish off with a Mogs and Randuins...Ultimately there's very little anyone can do to you and with that amount of CDR she's the knock up queen.
