The matchmaking system would pair players with similar conduct ratings together. Every time a player gets reported or maybe when they go to the tribunal his conduct rating goes down. The conduct rating would improve over time or over an amount of games with no negative reports. It would also improve if he gets honored by his team for friendliness.

This would let players with good conduct ratings play only with other well behaving like minded players, In a way it is rewarding good conduct by letting you play with the best attitudes in the community. The players with the best attitudes in the community should be rewarded with games with no harrassment, trolls, or leavers.

This would also let players with poor conduct ratings get a taste of their own medicine by being paired with other negative players and hopefully make them want to improve the way they behave. Let them sleep in the bed they make.

This would lead to games of bad conduct players vs good conduct players. The good conduct players would most likely be favored to win and the bad conduct players rankings will drop because it is hard to win with a team of trolls. Eventually all the misbehaving players will be struggling to win games and regret their actions and hopefully work their way to be on the teams with less trolls, leavers, etc.

Because lets give trolls the power to report every single person into which they all lose conduct.

this should replace the tribunal. I like playing in games with trashtalk, but some **** always is like shocked that somone is trashtalking and reports everyone.

If a player reported everyone the system would detect them. Just like it does now. Riot has already stated that people who report too often don't even register in the system anymore for reports.
