Hugo, The Steam Dynamo

Steam Titan- gains power stacks whenever Hugo moves, damages an enemy or is damaged. when at max stacks Hugo grows in size, gaining armor, magic resist, attack damage and adds finesse to skills for 5 seconds. Stacks go away after 5 seconds of max stacks.
Growth/attack range:+35
Armor/Magic resist: +15%
Damage:+15% as magic damage

Mechanical prowess- throws a wrench in a direction dealing damage, slowing and lowering the armor of the first champion hit. If the wrench travels a distance of 500 units without hitting a champ it will seek one out within a 450 range at increased travel speed. the wrench will travel at max speed and home in on a target initially if thrown with Finesse as well as deal extra damage
Armor reduction:35%
Slow: 45%
Damage: 65/105/145/185/225+0.75 ad to 85/125/165/205/245+1.0 ad
Travel speed:600-900
Cast range:550
MAX Range: 950

Pain train- tackles opponent, damaging and slowing the first enemy champion hit for a short time. If hugo travels 350 range without coming into contact with a champion he rockets himself ahead by 300 range ignoring unit collision and stunning champions in a 275 aoe of first one hit. Finesse makes it a full speed tackle that ignores unit collision.

Damage: 75/105/135/165/195+0.6 ap

Vent- Generates a steam burst followed by a burning aura for 4 seconds and grants bonus health regen. Finesse adds a larger radius to damage aura.
Damage: 35/60/85/110/135+0.4 ap
Regen: 15/20/25/30/35+0.01hp per second
DOT: 15/24/33/42/51+0.1 ap per second
Radius: 300-500
Cost: 90
CD: 9

Steam Press- Hugo super-heats his power suit gaining full stacks of passive and double the damage bonus. This skill can be activated again in which hugo grabs onto target champion boiling them alive and reduces their healing by 75%. Finesse increases cast range and adds a dash.
Damage: 75/100/125+0.2 ap a second for 3 seconds
Range: 275
Finesse range: 500
Cost: 150
CD: 120/100/80
