Pmb.exe error Please help

I tried downloading LoL but I keep getting the pmb.exe error. I turned off all my firewall and even installed pando then ran the downloader but it still wouldn't work. I researched it for weeks and I can't seem to find a fix. I really want to play LoL. Willing to give 10k Roit Points to whoever helps me fix it. Thank you.

Can you include more details/screen shots of the error? Also, are you sure that you added pmb.exe to the exception list of your anti-virus software?

It says "Your system is currently now allowing access to our servers. Check your firewall and security software settings to allow PMB.exe to run."

For some reason the problem is with the softokn3.dll file pando provides.
I replaced this file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Pando Networks\Media Booster, re-ran the client and no longer got the error.

* Remember to turn off your firewall while running the client as well *
