I have messaged riot support already and have given them all the information about it three times now and still nothing. Im so frustrated! Can someone tell me how to get it back asap?!

If they're asking for more information, it means the information you provided wasn't enough to verify that it is indeed your account. Have you purchased any Riot Points? Billing information tends to be a bit harder to fake, and thus more trustworthy.

While unfortunate, if they can't verify completely that it's your account, there's no reason that they should be giving it back to you. Doing so would result in people claiming accounts that weren't theirs, and thus make Riot a participant in the soon to be rampant loss of accounts. While losing your account to messing up is awful, losing your account because Riot decided to hand it over to someone else is even worse.

Oh, a minor nitpick, having your account stolen isn't the same as being 'hacked.' That word gets thrown around a lot, and more often than not incorrectly. (Yes I realize it isn't of vast importance on the grand scheme of things, but it helps to make sure everyone is on the same page. Also, when it doesn't look like you're trying to cover something up, it's less likely to look as if you're just making things up.)

I have purchased riot points recently actually. How do I go about showing them that? The only confirmation I really have is through my boyfriends email. Can I just show that to them?

Phone them, say you can supply them with proof via riot point receipts that you own the account.

Put this information in the support ticket that you submitted. Please make sure that you DO NOT bump the ticket as this causes the ticket to go to the bottom of the queue resulting in you having to wait longer for a response to your ticket. If you can get a screenshot of your email with the billing payment this should be enough for them to recover your account to you.
