When you play League of Legends, you should be making the commitment of playing a full match. The first thing you should understand is that there is always a chance of a comeback, even if it's one in a thousand. Now if you don't have the motivation to play under those circumstances, that's fine and dandy, but don't force other players to back down. Bryy mentioned a good point on being able to learn more from a losing game.

People who give up have less priority than those who are willing to duke it out till the very end.

I'm sure that many players are not willing to play a long drawn out game where you just turtle for 40 minutes to have a chance at a comeback. And the chances of actually making a comeback is like 1 in 15.

after 3 deaths consider a lane swap is what i say if not you need a 4 or 5 man gank in this lane to take the turet and turn it around

You know what I hate? The mid laner who doesn't know when to clear the minion wave and roam top/bot. He lets the enemy Kat just waltz around the map killing our teammates while he sits there in mid last hitting the minions, thinking he's so pro because of his high CS and no-deaths. Then the entire team comes mid (where he has no wards), kills him, and takes the tower at 8 minutes in.

He then proceeds to rage at his teammates for feeding and "no mia's", and threatens to feed if they don't "surrender at 20".

How about you try actually helping the other lanes and winning teamfights? That's the fun of the game. Nothing is more satisfying than a come-from-behind victory. If you think the chances of this are only 1 in 15, it's only because you give up so often.

Sometimes you're on the receiving side of this, sometimes on the giving. It's much like disconnects and leavers. Sometimes you're on the 4 man team in a 5v4, and sometimes on the 5.

Just finish the game and move on to the next. Raging, quitting, or other unsportsmanlike behavior makes you no better than the feeders.

Also, if they're feeding because they're bad, report for unskilled. Being outplayed is not bannable.
