Sub 1100 elo baddie has no clue...

It's simple, don't let Yorick zone you. Then you can just keep last hitting for sustain. Start flask, run teleport so you can return and heal early on without missing anything and pick up a philo stone for even more sustain.

Yorick can either not harass you and you can farm minions with q or you he can harass you and you can farm ghouls with q and minions with E. Either way, your Q gets farmed and you get cs. Yorick can't do anything about it...

Yorick will either have AD or he will have mana regen. he won't have both. So either he goes oom casting higher damage spells or his spells deal next no damage.

If Yorick wants to cast all 3 ghouls at you for harass, good. That's a waste of mana.

W ghoul is expensive and deals minimal damage. You want him to cast this at you...especially since it pushes the lane too.

Hang out near the bushes, walk in and out of them.

Shed the ghoul aggro and they'll run over to the nearest minion and push the lane. Or run towards your next minion wave while they are chasing you and your creeps will stop advancing to attack it, also pushing the lane.

That's Yorick's big down fall. Every one of his skills can be used to push the lane, and every one of his skills spawns a ghoul you can farm Q from.

Don't attack Yorick while playing Nasus, just turn it into a farm lane...very easy to do.

Once your sustain out paces his damage, which happens fairly early on...then you'll be able to just ignore him...

S3 itemization was really good to Nasus. IBG are great on him, SV is great on him, Locket is great on him.

Nasus has so many CDR options now, it's a bit ridiculous....

I think this guy isn't wrong though. Nasus was strong. He didn't see competitive play only because of fashion. Yes he is counterable, but hell he gave headaches. Jungler ought to gank top 3 or 4 times succesfully, relegating other lanes. Then Darius appeared, but hey, good Nasus learnt that they have to get 30 armor from runes, a hell of pots and a flask and they could still farm q all day without even noticing harassment.
His utility is as strong as ever, he can shut down enemy adc and tank a lot of damage for the entire team, while nuking people around. Nasus is one of the best teammates you could ask for.
He was a competitive pick. Not being used in tournaments doesn't mean its not competetive. They pick by fashion. Remember Malph? He suddenly started being used in all tournaments and he hadn't receive any buff. Now, he is stronger. We'll see if pro players discover Nasus in the near future and we see him more often in the small screen.

I had more than 1100, elo.

But its ok, someone who has NEVER in the three seasons used Nasus in ranked, in not a single game like you tries to teach people about him.

You cant stop Yorick form zoning you, because you cant exchange hits with him early levels. So this works like this, yorick waits till minions clash, then he comes to behind YOUR lane of minions and zones you, while he freezes the lane and only last hit.

You cant get near the minions to q some of them, because you will eat his harass, and you cant sustain.

The only thing you can do is wait till, with last hitting only, the minions waves get to your tower.

Congratz, you are now underleveled and with close to no gold compared to him.

Seriously, play a SINGLE GAME as nasus in a ranked before trying to talk about him, because you have no clue about what you are talking about.

You might have gotten owned by a nasus while you played yorick, but thats because you have no knowledge about Nasus whatsoever and you are probably not even a good yorick, but nasus is in no way a counter to yorick.

Its sop funny when scrubs like you try to call others noobs, thinking that because you have 10 more wins you are better. You are not a good player, you are not much better than me, and you have no knowledge about Nasus, because you have NEVER, EVER played him in a ranked match, EVER.

So stop talking about things you dont know please.

I have never seen a single post by you that was remotely intelligent or thoughtful.

Peligrad knows theory well, even if he doesn't implement it (which I don't know either way if he does...)

The problem with Nasus is that he's really, really gimmicky, and, unlike certain ranged champs, he's easy to exploit too.

Here's the thing. You don't SEND AD top versus Nasus, you send a hybrid or a mage, because Nasus' only way to stay in lane vs most champions is to stack resists against their specific damage type so he can just lifesteal off the harass. Honestly, mages (particularly ones like Akali and Vladimir) are incredibly strong against him. They don't give two ****s about attack speed, they both will harass him endlessly and have similar or better sustain than him themselves. He also can't afford to stack MR runes, it's not as effective, if the jungler comes he dies anyways, etc. You get something like Varus or Vayne in your lane and you're even more done. You just don't have the resists or sustain to take that kind of hybrid or true beating, you CAN'T have the resists. If you COULD, tanks would rule the entire game. Both of them can also kite you more effectively than you can kite them, especially post 6. They both do %max HP, Varus does magic and physical, Vayne does true. You won't be able to stay in lane, period, and once you get forced out of lane, your game is over. At that point you can either wait for the lane to empty so you can farm (a premade team will come and kill you every single time you try once they shut you out early), which will never happen versus competent enemies. You're through before level 6. THAT is why Nasus doesn't get played, he has a great late game, but he can be totally destroyed early game with the utmost ease, and mid game he's nothing special and not only that, but he's not contributing to objectives, because he can't afford the time to.
