I want to buy a new monitor to replace my old monitor. I came across 3 choices from Newegg. Each of them have their strong points
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236307 $189.99
thin bezel which is convenient for multiple display, 1ms response time. come HDMI to DVI cable and VGA cable.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824236313 $279.99
3D ( I have never experience 3D gaming before so I don't know if it is worth it. My card can handle 3D just fine) , 144HZ refresh rate, 1ms response time, come with dual link DVI cable.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...24001551-L013B $249.99
on sale, only come with VGA cable but I already have a HDMI at home.

This is my video card

I mainly do image, video editing, watch movie and gaming. I play RPG games like Dragon Age, Kingdom of amalur, Skyrim and League of Legends.

Your video card isn't going to push a 120Hz or 144Hz display, maybe on League and Starcraft II, but any more demanding and it is going to choke out. I also wouldn't purchase anything over 24" that has 1080P, your pixel density just gets too low and things will looked jagged.

With your video card, I would simply find the lowest cost 1080P ~23 inch display. Samsung, Asus, BenQ, and a few other good brands have sales. You should be able to snag one for just over $100 on sale. I also wouldn't get hung up on response times, the difference between 2ms and 6ms isn't something you will notice. Not to mention there isn't an industry standard for measuring response time, so what one company might consider 3ms another might consider 5ms.

The gtx 650 is ready for 3D gaming and 3D gaming require 120hz , then why can't it push to 120hz. I just need to know more for future references.

GTX 650ti is a faster low bandwidth card that is MADE to run resolution NO HIGHER THAN 1920x1080 and FPS in the range of 60. It is not able to run high demanding games in ultra detail, resolution past 1080p or fps above 60.
