Profile ----> Adobe Air Debug Launcher has stopped working

I just recently installed League of Legends on a laptop of mine and whenever I click the profile button on the Lol Client or view somebody's profile, I will get the error message saying "Adobe Air Debug Launcher has stopped working" at about a 25% chance. I can easily replicate it by just spamming the profile button and my client will instantly crash. I've tried pressing other buttons and there is no problem with them. I am running LoL on Windows 8 and I've updated my DirectX.

Our update from staff has been, this is usually either,

1. A corruption issue or error with Adobe AIR - Reinstalling should fix, http://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/234176-reinstalling-league-of-legends

or

2. A block on the connection when the game is idling the PVP.net connection and an anti-virus or firewall doesn't like that, in which case - Setting exceptions in your firewall and anti-virus should fix the issue, https://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/20132793-Firewall-Configuration-for-League-of-Legends
