LP lose and gain depending on the match.

Hey Summoners,
I think it would be great if Riot considered a different LP scheme than the one we have currently. I think the amount of LP gained and lost should vary on the nature of the match, for example; Summoners with disconnected players and afk players on their team should loose 25% - 50% less LP in a match due to the obvious handicap in place. Having a punishment system implemented would be brilliant as well, discouraging these players from ranked matches would benefit the community ten fold. Perhaps a 50% extra decline in LP would be beneficial.
I've another idea from a more pleasant ladder gain, players on the opposing team could nominate certain oppositions for a higher LP gain, 15% more. Obviously these players would have to be of the exceptional variety.
Just some ideas of improving the quality of life in ranked queue.
