These are the current pages I intend to create. I have nearly collected all the runes required.

Ranged AD Carry
•Quints: +2.25 attack damage (flat) x 3
•Marks: +0.95 attack damage (flat) x 8, +0.93% critical chance x 1
•Seals: +1.41 armor (flat) x 9
•Glyphs: +0.15 magic resist per level (+2.7 @ level 18) x 9

Tanky DPS (Bruiser)
•Quints: +2.25 attack damage (flat) x 3
•Marks: +1.28 armor penetration x 9
•Seals: +1.41 armor (flat) x 9
•Glyphs: +0.15 magic resist per level (+2.7 @ level 18) x 9

Tank
•Quints: +1.5% increased health x 3
•Marks: +0.91 armor x 9

Remember that runes are all about early game for the most part.

ADC, Tanky DPS look great.

Tank is a bit dubious. I wouldnt take defensive Red Marks ever. Said tank will either be jungling or toplaning where they still need to deal damage.
Ditto with Support.

I would split AP into Toplane AP and midlane AP, with top taking flat armor vs bruisers and MR vs AP. Actually AP-armor/AP-MR would be more appropriate since the lanes tend to get mixed up now with AD taking mid, AP top.

A lot of APs tend to like Movespeed instead, especially the slower ones with short range like Ryze.

Tank I was sort of thinking of Cho'gath n Dr. Mundo cause I have once played cho'gath at 12k hp n thought it was pretty epic with those runes (note i also had lulu buffed me) but I get what you mean. Same with support, only really have those runes cause the quints are really cheap and it is sort of referring to sona cause she's really the only support I play like in ranked - I never play support for normal games - and during games I only really heal my lane partner and attack champs.

I get what you mean with AP and MS like singed and kat.
