Research the different styles and u will notice that u can make 3D with kirigami, and papercraft the easiest

Ah I guess you're right! From what I was seeing while looking up kirigami was it was just one sheet cut into shapes and then folded to make it appear 3D.

So technically you could do something like this as kirigami?

Does it have to be shaped like a champion,or can you do league related fans or lanturns and other stuff like that?
Also do staples count as adhesive,if not,are there any durable substitutes?

Can we use a wire frame to set up a base for our paper creation?

Does paper-mache count as papercraft?

@Riot

Thanks for putting this contest together. May I suggest removing the requirement for red and gold colouring though? I know you want to tie it in with the lunar revel, but the lunar New Year is an important event for a variety of cultures whereas red and gold is specifically chinese. For example, origami and kirigami are japanese arts and it should be valid to submit some new-year-themed japanese artwork. However, that would just not work with the red/gold rule, and is an example of how this requirement severely limits creativity rather than promotes it.

Even your example paper-art Annie would not qualify because of the colour. Please remove this limitation!
