You can play from a small African tribe in kenya, we really don't give a **** where you play from. All we ask is that you communicate with us to a point where there is a common understanding and you aren't spamming jajajajajaj or huehuehue to the point where it's is not only completely obnoxious, but just plain ignorant.

I don't care what your ping is, I don't care what your username is. I've played with people who have 300 ping and were able to hyper carry my games.Just know what you are doing.

Many of your South American counter parts have given the entire region as a whole a really bad name, mainly Brazilians. I try not to lump all of SA together, but as soon as I see jajajaja, huehuehue, or u fk nb fgt american, I usually assume it's a 13 year old Brazilian. And yes, THAT should be bannable.

If you only read the first sentense of the third paragraph, while conveniently ignoring all the rest along with the existence of pings, then yes, it's a rule violation.

No, racists have given SA and BR a bad name, if a troll speaks english no problemo, if a troll speaks english but dares to laugh with a jajaja, OMG ALL DEM WETBACKS STEALING MY ELOZ.

Seriously stop being racist and putting all people in the same basket, a troll is a troll no matter from where he is.

This is by far the funniest post I've read all day. Iplayforfunfu obviously doesn't understand what the word Racism means. I'll paste the definition here:

rac·ism
[rey-siz-uhm] Show IPA
noun
1.
a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
2.
a policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
3.
hatred or intolerance of another race or other races.

Well, I never said that I was better than the South Americans nor did I say that I hated South Americans, so 1 or 3 is out. 2 really doesn't fit the bill because segregating a largely based teamwork game with people by language they speak is more common sense than anything else.

So is it racist? No its not. The people I severely dislike are those who use defamatory remarks without knowing the meaning of that defamatory remark. Its like a man and a woman get drunk at the bar, stumble home and she invites him inside and they have intimate relations. The next morning, the man gets woken up by cops as the woman is standing beside them accusing the man of rape.

you're not stupid, you know what he is talking about.

Xenophobia is a dislike or fear of people from other countries or of that which is perceived to be foreign or strange. Some definitions suggest xenophobia as arising from irrationality or unreason. It comes from the Greek words ξένος (xenos), meaning "stranger," "foreigner," and φόβος (phobos), meaning "fear."

Xenophobia can manifest itself in many ways involving the relations and perceptions of an ingroup towards an outgroup, including a fear of losing identity, suspicion of its activities, aggression, and desire to eliminate its presence to secure a presumed purity. Xenophobia can also be exhibited in the form of an "uncritical exaltation of another culture" in which a culture is ascribed "an unreal, stereotyped and exotic quality". Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action urges all governments to take immediate measures and to develop strong policies to prevent and combat all forms and minifestations of racism, xenophobia or related intolerance, where necessary by enactment of appropriate legislation including penal measure.

Xenophobia can also be directed simply to anyone outside a culture. Basically, a completely biased opinion regarding foreign matters.

we could also talk about prejudice, discrimination, stereotyping...

Not racism : Not speaking english a violation of the summoner code, players cant understand the game and their teammates

Racism: Being non American a bannable offense? because they are bad players and cant speak english (i know at least 10 mexicans over 1300-1500 ELO and who i know are mexicans due to personal relationships because they never speak spanish)
